The package is not a set number of glasses handed out at the door. It runs from the moment you board until we tie up again at Eminönü, and it is charged once, per adult.
For +€15 per adult on top of the €24.7 fare, the bar pours beer, rakı, vodka, gin, and red and white wine for as long as you are on board. There is no tab, no token and no limit on refills. It is for guests aged eighteen and over, and it is added per adult rather than per table, so one couple can take it and the other stay on soft drinks.
Imported drinks such as whisky, tequila and champagne, and cocktails, sit outside the package. They are on board, and they are charged per drink at the bar. Soft drinks — water, cola and juice — are unlimited for everyone all night, with or without the package, so nobody is left ordering water by the glass.
Nothing is paid in advance. Add the package when you reserve or ask the crew for it once you are on board, and settle everything together at the end in cash or by card. Cancelling is free up to two hours before departure, so holding a table for tonight costs you nothing.

Eminönü Pier, on the old city's waterfront beside the Galata Bridge. The T1 tram stops at Eminönü, about a minute's walk from the pier. Hotel pickup and drop-off is +€5 per person and, for the same evening, has to be booked before 19:00.

The bar opens with the doors. Guests on the package order their first drink as they take their table, an hour before the boat moves.
The boat leaves Eminönü and crosses to Karaköy, with the Galata Tower above it. The open-air terrace on top is where most people take their glass for the first views.
Eight cold mezes are on the table when you sit down. Rakı with water and ice is the Turkish pairing; white wine and beer are poured just as often.
Your chosen main arrives as the boat runs up the European shore past the palaces. Red wine and beer come round again with it.
Four live acts run through dinner, from the whirling dervish ceremony to the belly dance. Waiters keep working the tables throughout.
