Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to every booking made with Istanbul Night Cruise through WhatsApp, phone or the booking form on this website. By confirming a reservation you accept them.

1. Service description

Istanbul Night Cruise is a brand of Samerames Tur Turizm Seyahat Organizasyonları ve Reklam Limited Şirketi, a licensed Turkish tour operator (TÜRSAB licence A-17672). We sell and organise a Bosphorus dinner cruise with dinner, drinks and a live show, operated on a partner vessel departing from Cibali Pier on the Golden Horn, Istanbul. We are the booking party and your point of contact before, during and after the cruise; the vessel and the onboard service are provided by the cruise operator.

2. Booking process

• Bookings are made through WhatsApp (+90 532 244 29 22), by phone, or via the booking form on this website, which sends your request to our WhatsApp line.
• A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from our team. Until then, your request is not a booking.
• Please check the date, number of guests, children's ages and extras in the confirmation. Tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• No online payment is taken on this website and we never ask for card details in chat.

3. Payment

• No prepayment and no deposit. Payment is made on the boat, before or during the cruise.
• We accept cash (EUR, TRY, USD) and major credit or debit cards.
• Prices are quoted in euro (€) per person unless stated otherwise. Amounts shown in other currencies on this website are approximate conversions at the European Central Bank reference rate and are provided for convenience.
• If we quote you a price in Turkish lira, that lira amount is fixed when your booking is confirmed and is the amount collected on the boat.

4. Pricing and optional extras

The dinner cruise price includes the cruise, the full dinner, unlimited soft drinks and the live show. The following extras are optional and charged in addition to the base price, always agreed before confirmation:

• Unlimited alcohol package — per adult, open bar for the whole cruise.
• Hotel transfer — per person, pick-up and drop-off within the districts listed on our website.
• Romantic table setup — per table (candles, flowers, special arrangement).

Alcohol is served to guests aged 18 and over only. Current prices are shown on the package section of the homepage.

5. Children policy

• Children aged 0–3: free of charge, including the hotel transfer.
• Children aged 4–9: €5 discount on the cruise price per child; hotel transfer at the normal per-person price.
• Children aged 10 and above: full price.
• Ages must be given at booking; the crew may ask for proof of age at boarding.

6. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before departure — for a 21:00 cruise, until 19:00 on the day.
• To cancel or change a booking, send us a WhatsApp message with your name and cruise date. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
• Because no prepayment is collected, no refund process applies.
• After the free-cancellation window, please still let us know as a courtesy. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your future booking priority.

7. Cruise details

• Departure: 21:00 from Cibali Pier on the Golden Horn (Fatih, next to Kadir Has University). Boarding starts at 20:00; please arrive by 20:30.
• Return: to the same pier between 23:45 and 00:00 (about 3 hours, depending on sea traffic).
• Same-day bookings are accepted until 21:00. Same-day hotel transfer requests after 18:30 depend on vehicle availability.
• The exact meeting point and a map pin are shared on WhatsApp after confirmation.
• The route (Dolmabahçe, Ortaköy, Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress, Beylerbeyi, Üsküdar) is indicative and may change with sea and weather conditions.

8. On board

• Please follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times; they are responsible for safety on board.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated open-deck areas. Pets are not admitted.
• The crew may refuse boarding or service to guests who are visibly intoxicated or who endanger others, without refund of any amounts paid on board.
• Bring a passport or ID card; it may be required for boarding.

9. Liability

The cruise experience is delivered by the vessel operator, who is responsible for the boat, its crew and the onboard service. We carefully select our partner operators and stay in contact with you throughout the evening; if anything is not right during the cruise, message us immediately on WhatsApp and we will act at once. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

10. Changes and weather

Cruise schedules may change because of weather, sea conditions, port authority decisions or operational reasons. If a cruise is cancelled by the operator, we will offer you an alternative date or a full alternative arrangement at no additional cost. As nothing is prepaid, no amount is withheld in such cases.
