Do I pay in advance for the Istanbul Night Cruise?

How booking works

1. Choose your evening. On our booking form, pick the date, the number of adults and children, and any extras. Your total appears as you go.
2. Send it to us. The form sends your booking summary to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. You can also skip the form and write to us there directly.
3. Get your confirmation. We confirm in the same chat and send the exact meeting-point pin at Eminönü Pier, and a reminder follows before the evening.
4. Come aboard. Boarding opens at 20:00 and the boat leaves at 21:00. You pay on the boat.

That is all we need: your name, phone number, date and number of guests. No card details, no account and no deposit.

Paying on the boat

The bill is settled on board, in cash or by card. We take cash in euros, Turkish lira and US dollars. The cruise and any extras you chose, such as the unlimited drinks package, hotel transfer or the romantic table, are paid together, in one go.

Prices are set in euros, so a lira or dollar amount follows the day's exchange rate. There is no service charge and no booking fee on top. The full price list is on our prices page.

Cancelling or changing your booking

Cancellation is free up to two hours before departure, which means until 19:00 on the day of your cruise. Send us a message in the chat where you booked. There is no form and no fee, and since nothing was paid in advance, there is nothing to refund either.

To change the date or the number of guests, write to us in the same chat and we will update your booking if there is room on the evening you want.

Booking for tonight

Same-day bookings are accepted until 21:00, the moment the boat leaves. If you book late in the day, come straight to Eminönü Pier: boarding opens at 20:00, and the pier is about a minute's walk from the Eminönü stop of the T1 tram. Same-day hotel pickup requests after 19:00 depend on vehicle availability.

What you receive

Your confirmation arrives in the chat you booked in, WhatsApp or Telegram. It carries your booking details and the meeting-point pin at Eminönü Pier, and a reminder follows before the evening. If anything changes, write to us in that same chat.

Hold your table now, pay on the night

Because booking costs nothing and cancelling is free until two hours before departure, you can hold your table now and decide on the day. Choose your date and send the summary to us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
